All unused (unfired) firearms may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all returned purchases. All returns must be approved by our team before a refund is issued. Returns requests can be found through the following link: https://www.wasatchordnance.com/returns/ . all sales of ammunition are final and may not be returned, excepting the delivery of damaged goods, in which event, returns will be evaluated and approved on a case by case basis. All requests for an order cancellation must be submitted through Customer Service at https://www.wasatchordnance.com/contact-us/. Cancellation requests must be submitted before orders ship, or there will be a 15% restock fee for returning the order. Please ensure upon checkout that your order and payment information is correct to prevent any mistakes regarding your order.
Wasatch ordnance LLC does their best to accurately represent all the products on our website, however, errors may occur. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at our discretion. Wasatch ordnance LLC ships directly to verified FFL dealers only. PRIOR TO ORDERING: Please contact your local FFL receiving the firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. When placing an order through our website, you agree that you are at least 21 years of age and are able to complete the transfer through your FFL*. this also means you consent to the background check required by the bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms (atf) for said transfer. please Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer is responsible for knowing their state laws and regulations regarding firearm transfers. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. *Exceptions – Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
Wasatch ordnance LLC abides by all state, federal, and local laws regarding magazines. If an illegal magazine is ordered to your state, your order will be processed with the magazines removed and a notice sent through email explaining the order change.
Wasatch ordnance LLC abides by all state, federal, and local laws regarding firearms and parts. It is the responsibility of the customer to abide by all state and local laws in your given area when purchasing products from us.

Violations of export laws AND REGULATIONS are subject to severe LEGAL penalties AS OUTLINED IN THE International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130). Export is strictly prohibited without prior authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. THIS INCLUDES MORE THAN JUST SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL GOODS. IT ALSO INCLUDES ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY BE USED TO MANUFACTURE REGULATED FIREARMS OR PARTS. THIS MEANS Data including documents SUCH AS 3D renderings, blueprints, cad sketches, prints, etc. that can be viewed, downloaded, or printed from our Web site may contain technical data which may not be exported outside of the United States, or released or disclosed to non-US persons (i.e. persons who are not US Citizens or lawful permanent residents) inside of the United States, without prior written authorization by the relevant US Government agency. Wasatch ordnance will not be held liable for the misuse of such documentation. Customer discretion is advised in complying with this legal requirement.
Failure to observe safe firearm handling practices may result in serious bodily injury or death. Wasatch ordnance llc or any of its owned and associated businesses shall not be responsible for the injury, death, or property damage resulting from innapropriate or illegal use of our products. Wasatch ordnance LLC lead times are purely estimates and though we make every attempt to ship within the time specified, it is not a guarantee. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.
18.1 All orders will be shipped via UPS. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately to report any damages. There are no refunds if the package is lost. A replacement will be sent out once UPS declares a package as lost which can take up to 8 business days. All UPS orders ship with signature required for delivery. For timely delivery of your order, please ensure someone is available to sign for your package on the day and time delivery is expected.
18.2 Items which are anticipated to take longer than 30 days to ship will be listed as such on their product page along with an estimated lead time. If orders take longer than originally quoted, your credit card will be refunded unless we have authorization to extend the charge. Authorization may be given over the phone or through email communication with us.

We will never sell, make public, or otherwise compromise your privacy or personal information to other parties or marketing companies.
