Wasatch Ordnance LLC will accept returns for 30 days beyond delivery of a shipment. Except for damaged items, orders of ammunition are not returnable as they are classified as a dangerous good and require special shipping regulations. For all other products including but not limited to firearms, parts, apparel etc, returns are accepted once a request has been made and the item is recieved by us. In the event of damaged items, please include a photo showing the condition of said items upon receipt, with your request so we can quickly process your refund. If more information is needed a representative may contact you though phone or text to better understand how we can best help you with your request.
All sales on ammunition are final. No returns or refunds will be granted for orders of ammunition. Per federal regulation, ammunition falls under an explosive ordnance category and therefore qualifies as a dangerous good. Shipment of ammunition and other dangerous goods require documented completion of an accredited training program for proper shipment preparation and compliance with regulation. As the case is, we can not accept returns on shipped ammunition and ask that you please carefully check the items in your cart before finalizing your order. All other items sold on our website are refundable as long as these are returned to us in the condition they left our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the card with which the order was placed. If you would like a replacement sent out instead, please select this option when filling out a return request. Your refund will post approximately two days after the processing date. Please be patient while your order is being refunded. It may take up to three weeks for the return to show as refunded on your credit card statement. We appreciate your business and in the event that a return is necessary, we hope to quickly process your request to your satisfaction. Thank you for your business!
